General PolicyÂ
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-learn courses, templates, guides, toolkits, and other downloadable materials are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed and the digital content is delivered or made accessible to you, we cannot issue a refund or accept a return.
We strongly encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions, previews, and included features before completing your purchase to ensure the product meets your specific needs
Refunds
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital downloads once the download process has begun. By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel and request a refund.
Exceptions
While our general policy is strictly no refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions in the following limited circumstances:
Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product more than once within a 24-hour period, we will refund the duplicate transaction. You must contact us within 7 days of the duplicate purchase with proof of both transactions.
Corrupted or Defective Files
If the file you downloaded is corrupted, defective, or cannot be opened, please contact our support team immediately. We will first attempt to provide a working replacement file. If we are unable to provide a functional file within 3 business days of your report, we will issue a full refund for that specific product.
Customer Acknowledgement
